About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Functional Analyst – Digital Technologies to join a high-performing digital team in Scarborough. This is a senior functional role acting as the Subject Matter Expert for the company’s enterprise web presence.

In this role, you will be the primary lead for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), overseeing six major national websites. You will work at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution, translating business requirements into user stories and ensuring an external vendor delivers high-quality solutions. This is a "techno-functional" role that offers full autonomy over the product roadmap without the requirement of hands‑on coding.

About You
  • AEM Expert: You have at least 5 years of experience specifically managing AEM for large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Agile Advocate: You are comfortable leading daily scrums and managing backlogs of new product launches.
  • Strategic Communicator: You can translate complex technical requirements for marketing and sales stakeholders while holding vendors accountable for delivery.
  • Analytical Mindset: You are proficient in Google Analytics and understand how to monitor traffic, security, and system releases.
  • Requirement Specialist: You have a track record of success in UAT, testing, and creating wireframe components.
Bonus Items
  • Relevant AEM or Digital Marketing certifications.
  • Fundamental understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS).
Salary Range

$135,000/year
