Insight Global is looking for a Functional Analyst to join one of North America's largest Athleisure wear company. This person will be responsible for driving their year end Workday Compensation cycle project. they will be working on launching anual merit's, bonus's and stock options in Workday. They will specifically help with testing, reviewing text fails, troubleshooting, configuring/ troubleshooting configurations. Additionally, the chosen candidate will be working closely with the compensation team providing guidance on login credentials and system usage, they will be the go to person for any questions the compensation team may have so great communication skills are a non negotiable. This person will thrive in a team.
