A leading youth support program in Shelburne, Ontario, is seeking a dedicated individual to support at-risk youth through daily academic and therapeutic activities. Responsibilities include facilitating programs, promoting life skills, and working collaboratively with a therapeutic team. Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications and strong interpersonal skills for this rewarding position.

Salary: $24/hour
The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership, communication, and positive role modeling skills. This position reports to the Team Therapist and Program Manager with responsibilities that include but are not limited to organizing, leading, and participating in student’s daily academic work, recreational and therapeutic activities.
