Montréal, Quebec | Full-Time | 3 Days Onsite Weekly

Are you a seasoned full stack developer with a strong foundation in Core Java and modern web technologies? Join a global digital services team as a Java Full Stack Tech Lead, where you'll help drive the design, development, and delivery of high-impact applications in a collaborative hybrid environment.

Tasks

• Lead estimation, design, and end-to-end development of enterprise-grade applications
• Maintain and enhance multiple platforms or frameworks across SDLC
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data, DevOps, and UI teams
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Build and maintain automated test suites; perform unit and integration testing
• Investigate and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks

Requirements

• 10-15 years of full stack development experience
• Expertise in Core Java, REST/SOAP APIs, and OOP design
• Front-end: React, TypeScript, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
• Experience in developing automation frameworks and services using Java or Python
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Git, CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Linux, scripting, and DevOps tools
• Exposure to cloud technologies and tools (nice to have)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication skills to interface with stakeholders and clients
• Self-driven and adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Able to work independently and in team-based settings
