Venor is proud to partner with Track Group in the search for a Full Stack Senior Developer. Track Group is a global leader in delivering end-to-end location monitoring and predictive behavioral solutions, combining real-time tracking devices and professional monitoring services with advanced data analytics. With clients across North America, Latin America, and the Middle East, Track Group’s mission is to improve safety for victims, ease burdens on justice systems, and support positive outcomes for individuals transitioning back into their communities.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IntelliTrack, Track Group’s offender management and monitoring platform.
  • Assess feasibility of designs and propose alternative approaches when needed.
  • Implement front-end user interface components, forms, and pages.
  • Develop back-end Web APIs and data processing systems.
  • Build and maintain unit tests and automated UI tests.
  • Conduct substantive code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Diagnose and debug issues in production environments.

What You Bring

  • Strong capability as a front-end, back-end, and database developer, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
  • Experience with:
    • Front-end: HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, Angular, Bootstrap
    • Back-end: .NET/C#
    • Database: SQL Server, MS Entity Framework
    • Mobile: NativeScript (experience with native Android/iOS apps a strong asset)
  • A broad knowledge of front-end frameworks and web development tools, with an eye for UI/UX best practices.
  • Experience building RESTful web services and web front ends that consume them.
  • Strong collaboration skills in distributed and international teams.
