About the Role

We’re seeking an intermediate Full‑Stack Developer who is passionate about building real‑world applications and exploring AI‑assisted development. In this role, you’ll contribute to both frontend and backend development for our shift management and communication tools, helping simplify workforce operations while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapidly prototype new functionality using AI‑powered platforms such as Locofy and Bolt.
• Collaborate with AI agents and developers using tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor to accelerate development.
• Develop and maintain web applications using Vue.js on the frontend and .NET 9 (C#) on the backend.
• Design, optimize, and manage MSSQL database queries and schemas.
• Integrate and maintain asynchronous messaging systems.
• Configure and maintain web servers and reverse proxies.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features and ensure high‑quality software.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure adherence to coding best practices, security, and performance standards.
• Use GitHub for version control, issue tracking, and CI/CD workflows.
