Detailed Job Description

You will oversee frontline operations and ensure site safety throughout your shift.

We are looking for someone with a proven ability to respectfully supervise tasks and effectively manage the many responsibilities and decisions that arise during a shift. You will promote a culture of health, safety, and well-being by ensuring compliance with site-specific guidelines and all relevant health and safety policies, standards, and regulations. Above all, we are looking for a motivated, committed individual who has a genuine desire to support people and meet them where they are at.
