Front Desk Clerk – Part-Time

Pay Rate:$20.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level)

We are looking for a motivated Front Desk Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy, guest-focused environment. Pay increases are available for strong performers, and advancement into higher positions is possible, which also comes with higher pay.

What We’re Looking For
  • Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Familiar with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive
  • Previous office or administrative experience is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, patient, punctual, and professional appearance
  • Enjoys working as part of a team and learning new skills
  • Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
Main Responsibilities
  • Manage reservations from booking websites, phone calls, and walk-ins
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Prepare invoices and process payments
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
  • Contact service providers or businesses for support when needed
  • Keep inventory and office records organized
  • Use office equipment such as printers, scanners, and POS terminals
  • Occasionally help housekeeping staff when required
  • Maintain a tidy and professional front desk area
