Provides exceptional customer service. Meets and greets residents; checks guests and service providers in/out. Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitors and operates electronic security control systems; and accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms. Assists with general concierge services and performs administrative clerical, Word and Excel document work. Walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Greet and open the doors (when applicable) for residents, tenants and guests.
- Respond to all requests in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
- Answer the front desk phone.
- Assist with restaurant menus, reviews, recommendations, and reservations.
- Maintain control of all keys, including logging them in and out.
- Announce all visitors to the clients and tenants. Keep visitors at the front desk until permission is received from the unit resident/tenant.
- Exhibit a positive and professional attitude. Be kind and helpful to everyone.
- Escort/assist tenants to and from cars, lobby areas, etc.
- Proactively assist with packages and groceries.
- Implement/enforce building access control and rules.
- Provide additional security for the complex.
- Assist with dry cleaning services.
- Record resident requests for maintenance and complete necessary documentation.
- Prevent unauthorized solicitations throughout the building.
- Monitor the lobby, cameras, and entranceway; report rule violations to the manager.
- Maintain a clean and pleasant environment.
- Secure packages, deliveries, and other items at designated areas.
- Monitor use and return of carts, keeping records in the logbook.
- Log in all contractors and guests; notify superintendent of any contractors or repair personnel in the building.
- Perform other duties as required.
Skills - Qualifications:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Preferred command of information system hardware/software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate the property/building easily.
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, sit for long periods, walk, and occasionally climb.
- Ability to handle objects, reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to detect auditory and visual emergency alarms.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and attend meetings.
