A leading recruitment firm seeks a results-driven professional for a remote client acquisition role. The ideal candidate will leverage their established network within the Government sector to secure new clients for an innovative Recruitment-as-a-Subscription-Service model. Eligibility Requirement: To be eligible for this role, you must have an established book of business or existing relationships within local, state, or federal government sectors.

This is a fractional role requiring a set number of hours per week, with an initial 3-month contract. The focus is on bringing in one new RAASS client per month. Upon achieving 100% performance in the initial term, the contract will be extended, and the fractional hours will double, with a revised expectation of six new clients per quarter.
