About the Role

Our client is looking for a professional FP&A Analyst with 3+ years' experience to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, using Excel, BI tools, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly / quarterly reports and assist with executive decks.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting with executive teams.
  • Analyze variances vs. budget, forecast, and prior year.
  • Build BI dashboards with key data and visuals.
  • Drive process improvements and automation.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional and global projects.
  • Deliver ad hoc reports for management.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in accounting / finance
  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics
  • CPA / CA (completed or in progress)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; proactive and adaptable
  • Clear communicator across teams
  • Able to simplify financial info for non-finance audiences
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven
  • Proficient in Excel, BI tools (e.g. Looker), and ERP (e.g. NetSuite)
