A community-focused organization in Ottawa seeks a part-time Foundation Coordinator to support gender equity and community impact programs. In this role, you will supervise volunteers and coordinate logistics for youth sport initiatives benefiting marginalized communities. Applicants should hold a post-secondary qualification and have experience in youth-related environments. Bilingualism in English and French is an asset. The role requires on-site work and offers an hourly rate of $19.95.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Community Impact and Engagement, The Foundation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Foundation’s community impact and gender equity programs, as well as providing assistance to the broader OSEG Foundation team. This role contributes to the development and implementation of youth sport initiatives serving marginalized communities in Ottawa.
This part-time, fixed term role has an hourly rate of $19.95. This is a temporary position and requires a fully on-site work arrangement. This position’s term is April 6, 2026 to June 12, 2026 (20 hours per week / 10 weeks).
Founded in 2017 as the charitable arm of the Ottawa REDBLACKS and Ottawa 67’s, the OSEG Foundation leverages the power of sport to help children and youth reach their fullest potential. The 50/50 raffle is held at each home‑game for the REDBLACKS, 67’s, Atlético, Blackjacks and other special events at TD Place. Revenue raised through charitable gaming is invested in positive youth development programs for children and youth facing barriers.
Located at Lansdowne Park, the Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group (OSEG) is the largest sports and entertainment company in the capital.
