Job Summary

Under the responsibility of the Logistics Supervisor, the Material Handler I performs warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation and cycle counting. Work occurs Tuesday to Friday 5pm-3:30am on a full‑time basis.

Compensation

• Hourly: $21/hr plus shift premium
• Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit
• RRSP, Stock Options, and a company paid pension plan

Essential Functions

• Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation and cycle counting.
• Work within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core shift hours of production.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned.
