Job Summary

As a Working Foreman / Plumber, you’ll be responsible for supervising plumbing crews, coordinating job site activities, and performing hands-on plumbing work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position but isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.

Responsibilities
  • Lead plumbing crews on-site, ensuring jobs are completed on time and within budget
  • Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients
  • Enforce safety protocols and job site standards
  • Maintain inventory and order materials as needed
  • Train and mentor apprentices and junior plumbers
  • Ensure all work is up to code and meets quality standards
Requirements
  • Journeyman Plumber certification
  • 5+ years of plumbing experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a foreman or leadership role
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying job site conditions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
