Food Services Manager

Location: 3703 Mayor Magrath Drive, Lethbridge, AB T1K 8A8 (On site)

Salary: $36.00 per hour (30–40 hours per week)

Employment type: Permanent, full‑time

Work schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend (Starts as soon as possible)

Responsibilities
  • Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
  • Evaluate daily operations and adjust as needed
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
  • Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
  • Monitor staff performance
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Recruit and schedule staff
  • Supervise and train staff
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Cost products and services
  • Organize and maintain inventory
