Aramark Canada is looking for an Assistant Hospitality Service Manager to lead a team in food, housekeeping, and resident laundry services. Performs tasks such as hiring, training, coaching and administrative duties for employees and clients and residents. Maintains all records and ensures all audit compliance. Works with no immediate supervision and accomplishes tasks in a fast-paced environment following both client and company guidelines.

The salary range for this position is $53,045-$65,776
WORKING CONDITIONS: In a Senior Living operation, you are working with senior residents or individuals with physical and mental disabilities / challenges. Individuals who are successful in this environment are folks who have high threshold of patience, ability to maintain a calm and positive attitude and who loves to take care of people. Senior Living operations do not shut down for bad weather conditions, these operations are working 24/7 – 365 days. There is no work from home situations and hence it’s very important to ensure that folks who are working here are aware that they and their staff need to have appropriate ways of getting to / from work & occasionally alternative options.
Minimum 1-2 years experience
