Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Food Counter Attendant. As part of a vibrant team in a fast-paced food service environment, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity for international candidates as we offer LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) sponsorship, enabling the right candidates to work and settle in Canada legally.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service

• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers

• Prepare, assemble, and package food and drinks according to company standards

• Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, dining area, and food preparation stations

• Handle payments via cash, credit, and debit transactions

• Replenish condiments, napkins, and other supplies as needed

• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

• Assist kitchen and support staff when necessary

• Report any customer complaints or feedback to supervisors promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Friendly and approachable demeanor

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Experience
