Food and Beverage Service Manager

Employer: BOOSTER JUICE

Location: Mississauga, ON L5N 0B1 (On site)

Salary: $36.50 per hour (35 hours per week)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time, Morning/Day shift

Overview
  • Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
  • Evaluate daily operations.
  • Monitor staff performance.
  • Plan and organize daily operations.
  • Recruit staff.
  • Set staff work schedules.
  • Supervise staff.
  • Train staff.
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Provide customer service.

Supervision: 3‑4 people

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
  • Languages: English.
