A leading logistics firm in Toronto is looking for a Fleet and Sustainability Manager to oversee operations and improve fleet performance. The ideal candidate will focus on fleet optimization, sustainability initiatives, and electrification goals. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in relevant fields and offers a chance to lead transformative projects in a fast-paced environment, alongside a competitive salary and benefits package.
We are seeking a Fleet and Sustainability Manager to join our Transportation Operations team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fleet optimization, data-driven decision-making, and driving meaningful progress toward sustainability and electrification goals.
Reporting to the Strategy and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of both company-owned and third-party fleets, while also leading strategic initiatives to improve fleet performance, increase electric vehicle (EV) adoption, and drive broader sustainability efforts.
