A leading seafood processor in Delta is seeking a full-time Production Worker to operate machinery for processing fish and seafood. Responsibilities include setup, monitoring, and packaging of products while ensuring safety and adherence to production guidelines. The role requires no formal education, requires basic English, and experience with forklifts is preferred. Competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and Group RRSP are offered. Overtime may be necessary depending on operational needs.

Wage: Hourly rate of $19.83 per hour or greater depending on individual’s skills and associated production piece rates. 40 hours per week.
Benefits: Disability insurance, dental insurance, Group RRSP (Registered Retirement Savings Plan), extended medical insurance, uniforms and equipment are provided. Piece work based on production. Accommodation provided at a cost. Transportation costs covered if the worker needs to relocate.
Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required and depends on operational needs. This position involves working in a cold, damp and noisy environment.
