Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Service Technician in the Fire Alarm industry or relevant experience as an Electrician.
• Valid CFAA Registration or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to lift equipment and tools up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Power-Up, Programming, Verification, and Inspection of fire alarm systems.
• Generate electronic reports and ensure timely submission.
• Provide technical support to customers as required.
• Deliver operational training to end-users.

Skills

Fire Alarm industry experience

Proficient English communication

Ability to use hand tools and testing equipment

Navigation skills

Education

Canadian Fire Alarm Association (CFAA) Registration or Alberta Journeyman Electrician Certificate
