Responsibilities
  • Manage financial compliance activities including reports, renewals, filings, and maintaining accurate corporate financial records.
  • Develop, track, and maintain compliance tools such as dashboards, templates, and policies while supporting Corporate Finance process improvements.
  • Administer the company’s commercial insurance program, including renewals, certificates of insurance, and responding to operational inquiries.
  • Liaise with brokers, finance, and operations to support annual renewals, contract insurance provisions, and tendering of coverage.
  • Assist in identifying, mitigating, and training around insurance risks and emerging risks across the organization.
Requirements
  • 4 years of similar experience in financial compliance/risk management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory, compliance, commercial insurance
  • Post secondary education in Business administration/Finance
  • Should be highly detailed and able to take initiative
  • Be able to work onsite- 3 days a week
