About the OpportunityTeam Management and Development:- Oversee a team of six; 3 direct and 3 indirect reports.
- Train and organize the on-shore and off-shore finance teams supporting the segment.
- Provide financial training to team and Business unit leaders, strengthening financial literacy across the organization.
- Responsible for providing mentorship and guidance to direct reports and overseeing the goal setting and performance reviews for the entire finance team.
- Focus on developing a dedicated team capable of moving the department forward considering a fast-paced environment.
Accounting and Financial Operations:- Oversee financial management for eight business units, ensuring accurate and compliant reporting.
- Manage AR aging, billings, collections, accruals, revenue classification, and payables in adherence to policies.
- Ensure treasury management, including cash applications, reconciliations, and collections.
- Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset management.
- Enhance integration and consistency across financial and information systems.
Financial Reporting:- Prepare an accurate, monthly financial reporting package both on a consolidated basis and by BU. Ensure insights are provided to the leadership team on a timely basis and material variances are investigated and resolved on a timely basis. Raise flags when items are not tracking properly.
- Identify and execute P&L optimization opportunities.
- Responsible for all corporate reporting and deliverables including internal audits, accounting checklists, variance analysis, and ad hoc requests for information/analysis.
Financial Analysis / Forecasting:- Manage our financial forecasting process along with Senior Financial Analysts. Ensure processes are in place so that all necessary information flows to the CFO and the Libra HO team on a timely basis (headcount, salary, maintenance attrition, new sales, professional services, operating expenses, and cost of goods sold). Ensure these processes are well documented, understood by others, and followed.
- Leverage financial data to create meaningful reports, analyses, and decision-support tools.
- Lead financial integration of new acquisitions. Participate in financial due diligence of acquisition targets.
- Conduct scenario planning to assess potential risks, growth opportunities, and investment strategies.
- Ad Hoc / Projects
About You- CPA designation with 5+ years of progressive financial experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic decisions.
Salary Range
$115,000 - $125,000/year
