About the Opportunity

We are looking for a professional, results-driven Finance Manager to support our growing sales team. The ideal candidate has strong sales and finance experience and thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
  • Present financing, warranty, and protection products to customers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Secure approvals through multiple lending institutions while ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and dealership policies.
  • Achieve department profitability targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize opportunities and dealership performance.
📋 Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of automotive finance (F& I, Business Office, or related role).
  • Strong knowledge of financing, leasing, and insurance products.
  • Excellent communication, closing, and customer service skills.
  • OMVIC license (or ability to obtain).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deals under pressure.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
