Are you an experienced, detail-oriented professional with a passion for leadership and financial excellence? Northern Health is seeking a highly efficient, self-directed Finance Coordinator to support our dynamic Finance department.

As a Finance Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and leading the day-to-day operations of Financial Services, including areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Capital Services, and Physician Compensation. You’ll be part of a leadership team that provides financial analysis, planning, and strategic advice, while ensuring policies and procedures deliver effective and efficient accounting services.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating and communicating financial activities and results to leadership.
  • Preparing external reports and assisting with Ministry of Health reporting.
  • Driving process improvements and supporting decision-making through analysis.
Starting Salary:

$74,618 – $93,273 (based on education, experience, and comparable positions).
