This Position reports to:
Engineering ManagerKey Responsibilities
· Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Plans and executes service work efficiently, ensuring a superior customer experience and clear communication.
· Problem Solving & Improvement: Identifies technical issues, proposes solutions, and helps optimize customer operations.
· Field Service Execution: Performs remote and on-site tasks, troubleshoots failures, and ensures high-quality service delivery.
· Resource Management: Prepares materials, manages equipment, and ensures readiness for service activities.
· Documentation & Compliance: Generates reports, tracks improvements, and ensures proper documentation for customer approval.
What it takes to Run what runs the world
· Engineer or Diploma in electronics or instrumentation.
· More than 5 years’ experience in customer service.
· Strong knowledge and practical experience in servicing, maintenance, commissioning and repair of pulp and paper quality control equipment.
· Bilingual in both English and French. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
· Availability for travel to customer sites and Valid driver's license and passport are required
