Hiring Requirements

As a Field Sales Support at Bimbo Canada, you will:

  • Operate a 3–5 ton cube van safely in rural, urban, and highway settings under all weather conditions.
  • Stock and rotate products on store shelves and set up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners.
  • Communicate with route operators regarding product issues and returns.
  • Break down bulk loads and organize them into individual route loads by customer; load orders into trucks when dock access is available.
  • Maintain a clean and organized depot dock area, free of product, trays, and debris.
  • Use handheld computer and printer for order processing and documentation; complete all paperwork accurately.
  • Collect and deposit customer payments (cash and cheques) following proper procedures.
  • Follow all company safety policies and customer sign-in/out requirements.
  • Be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs with assistance and perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and squatting.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and professionalism in customer service.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and availability for split shifts (early mornings, late afternoons), weekends, and statutory holidays.
