Responsibilities :

  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of President’s Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
  • Understand customer needs to make appropriate recommendations.
  • Offer exceptional advice and product knowledge.
  • Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand/product.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a great experience.
  • Find creative approaches to engage customers and share product benefits.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel.
  • Maintain confidentiality when working with customer information.
  • Create excitement around the product offering as a brand advocate.
