A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FIELD ESTIMATOR

As a Field Estimator, you will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections, providing accurate estimates, and managing sales activity to drive business growth. You'll work closely with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions and high customer satisfaction. Your role includes managing inspections, updating CRM, submitting estimates, collecting payments, and maintaining clear documentation. You'll also participate in CAT situations, solicit referrals and reviews, and assist other departments during slower periods. Ultimately, you'll contribute to the success of the company by delivering exceptional service and ensuring project accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license, clean criminal record check (CRC), and clean driver's abstract
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with 3+ years of experience in estimating or sales (roofing / exterior or related field)
• Strong communication, client relationship management, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM / project management tools
• Knowledge of roofing systems, attic evaluations, and estimating processes is an asset
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail
