The Opportunity
  • Attend client intake meetings to assist with service planning and to develop goal directed family service plans in consultation with all stakeholders
  • Organize client schedule and arrange for transportation to program
  • Provide group sessions, individual instruction, role modelling and coaching to parents on a variety of topics such as parenting, communication and social skills, problem solving, conflict management, child’s growth and development, goal setting, home management, personal hygiene and nutrition

What You Will Bring To The Role
  • Bachelor of Social Work; or
  • A diploma in Social Services (2 years) with at least three (3) years’ experience

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $31.8906 to $41.2991 per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicant’s role-specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
