Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience as a Chief Building Engineer.
• Solid understanding of maintenance and operational routines.
• First-hand knowledge of plumbing, electrical & HVAC systems required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day FM Services including operations and maintenance.
• Develop monthly reports and business plans for the facility.
• Manage recruitment, mentoring, coaching, and development of staff.
