SERVPRO of Woodbury/Deptford is looking to add a Facilities Manager to our team!

The Facilities Manager reports to the General Manager and manages the Warehouse Division. The role leads day‑to‑day activities within the facility and ensures the production division has the appropriate equipment, supplies, and tools.

Additional duties include managing company building maintenance, equipment repair, vehicle fleet maintenance, and coordinating with other departments as needed.

COMPENSATION: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Warehouse.
  • Maintain vehicle fleet.
  • Maintain field equipment and inventory.
  • Track and coordinate customer content and storage.
  • Coordinate movements and activities with the Administrative and Production Departments daily.
Position Requirements
  • High School Graduate or GED Equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • At least one year of restoration industry experience preferred.
  • Experience building a strong team with tangible leadership skills.
  • Strong process and results‑driven attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and remain detail‑oriented.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights, in tight spaces.
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, carry objects.
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
  • Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law.
  • Mechanical and vehicle knowledge preferred.
