A provincial agency for community services is seeking a Facilitator to support individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in Salmon Arm. The role involves assisting in accessing services and implementing support plans. Candidates with a Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent education and relevant experience are preferred. This position offers a hybrid work model after a probation period and requires a class 5 driver's license.
