What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, travel logistics, and daily priorities
  • Prepare briefing materials, track follow-ups, and ensure the CEO is prepared for engagements
  • Handle essential administrative tasks, including mail handling, supplies, and purchasing
  • Coordinate recruitment logistics such as interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding logistics in collaboration with the People Operations team
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience, ideally in a nonprofit or dynamic setting
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to prepare polished, professional materials
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and administrative systems
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
