Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing, with 3 years in multi-site leadership experience.

• Experience in rigid plastics/blow molding or high-speed packaging.

• Develop and execute a 36-month operations roadmap.
• Deploy Lean Six Sigma methodologies for operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory systems.
