Overview

Our client in the Healthcare industry is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. This individual will provide high-level support to multiple Vice Presidents and their teams.

Details

Location: North York, fully onsite.

Hours: 7 hours a day, full time.

Pay rate: $40 / hour.

Start date: ASAP.

Contract length: 3-4 weeks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars and schedules.
  • Organize meetings and events, including logistics and communication.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
  • Monitor emails and prioritize incoming requests.
  • Provide administrative support for committees and meetings, including minute-taking and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and edit various documents and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for electronic and paper records.
  • Track budgets and expenditures; assist with payroll and HR submissions.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Vice Presidents and other staff.
  • Manage office supplies and perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum five years of experience in a senior administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information and good judgment.
