Base pay range

CA$82,000.00 / yr - CA$102,000.00 / yr

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Meet Your Future Team

You will be working directly with the Chief Technology Officer and his leadership team while partnering with a team of high-performing Executive Assistants in providing support to our executive team across the Technology Organization and other areas of the businesses for collective initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Creating a weekly view of top goals, priorities, and commitments
  • Ensuring a clean inbox with ready-to-send pre-drafts
  • Providing exceptional support with calendar management
  • Organizing multi-leg international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Organizing and submitting expense reports in a timely manner
  • Maintaining an organized inbox of the Executive according to authorization
  • Processing vendor invoices in the system in reference to financial guideline
  • Collecting meeting agendas, drafting meeting minutes and presentation materials based on directions from the Executive
  • Partnering with Business Management Lead to keep business rhythm across Technology Organization
  • Collaborating with other EAs of the Technology Organization on planning and executing team events, including leadership offsite, team building and Live It and leading the execution of those events when needed
  • Acting as a facilitator of the Technology EA team, ensuring clear communication across teams within Technology function to promote synergy

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enable effective operations within the Technology Organization, in partnership with the Technology leadership team
  • Taking on mini-project management responsibilities, developing project scope and objectives, and collaborating with all relevant stakeholders as needed
Are you our next Executive Assistant?
  • You have 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience and are looking to grow your career as an EA
  • You have a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and have excellent business acumen
  • You are seasoned in creating compelling PowerPoint decks and developing presentation materials
  • You have great time management skills, and naturally utilize sound judgement and prioritization when multi-tasking and juggling competing priorities
  • You have strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • You know how to prioritize and effectively manage the logistics of an Executive’s schedule such as pre-reads, agendas and following up on action items
  • You are comfortable meeting new people, building relationships and creating partnerships across the organization
  • You are comfortable in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural working environment, and understand the nuances of cross-cultural communication
  • You are able to manage complex, international, multi-leg travel arrangements, often requiring continuous changes and rescheduling
  • You are able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays occasionally as needed to support our global business

Pay note : A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$82,000 - CAD$102,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and / or training. The upper end of the range is typically reserved for candidates with demonstrated expertise that is above job requirements or who bring exceptional directly transferable experience.
