Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll serve as the vital link between our executive leadership and day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Calendar Management: Organizing executive schedules, meetings, travel plans, and events.
  • Administrative Support: Preparing documents, presentations, and reports while managing sensitive information with discretion.
  • Communication Coordination: Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Project Management: Assisting with special projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and contributing to operational success.
  • Meeting Preparation: Drafting agendas, taking detailed minutes, and managing follow-up tasks.
  • Office Organization: Handling logistics, vendor communications, and supporting company events.
