Rocky Kim Law Corporation ("RKLC") is a forward-thinking law firm solving real estate, lending and related challenges. We represent clients including Canada\'s largest financial institutions, owners/developers, contractors, and mortgage investment entities on complex and routine real estate matters.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant located in Kelowna, BC with some work-from-home flexibility. The Executive Assistant will provide executive administrative assistance, manage expense reports, offer executive support, and perform general administrative duties. Daily tasks include managing schedules, preparing reporting letters to clients, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and other duties as required.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
  • Proficiency in Soluno and LTSA documents (will train if required)
  • General Administrative Assistance expertise
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus
