A private family-oriented sports club in Calgary is seeking an Event Coordinator to join their Events Team. The successful candidate will plan and execute events while ensuring exceptional customer service. This full-time role requires at least 2 years of event coordination experience and excellent organizational skills. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our Events Team. Supporting the Event Services Supervisor you will plan, book and execute exceptional events at both The Glencoe Club and Glencoe Golf & Country Club. You will focus on delivering a high level of customer service in planning and organizing of events that meets or exceeds member expectations.
This is a Full-Time Salaried position that reports to the Events Services Supervisor. The successful candidate will require reliable transportation between both clubs and may be required to work a variety of shifts on occasion including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays based on the nature of the business.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace and certification prior to commencing employment.
