A leading construction company in Vancouver, BC, is seeking an Events and Meeting Coordinator to manage corporate meetings and events. Responsibilities include planning and execution, vendor management, and budget oversight. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in event coordination and strong negotiation skills. This is a hybrid role offering competitive compensation between $53,200 and $73,150, and a focus on diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
As the Events and Meeting Coordinator you will ensure a 'One Ledcor' approach to small, medium, and large meetings and events across the entire Ledcor Group of companies. Working closely with the operating group sponsor to understand their requirements and will be responsible to ensure optimal service based on the required level of assistance. Maintain up to date calendar of events of all meetings and events. Leverage our preferred partners and provide reporting of the meetings and events spend so we have a holistic view of the T&E spend. This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
