A leading financial services firm in Toronto seeks a co-op student for the Advisor Service Centre to assist investment professionals. Candidates should be bilingual in French and English, with a focus on business studies. This role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule and opportunities to enhance customer service skills in a dynamic environment.
The incumbent of this role is required to support a team of client-facing professionals who provide service in the language of the clients’ choice (French or English).

As a student in the Advisor Service Centre, you will be responsible for addressing requests and questions from investment professionals (brokers / dealers), their administrative support partners and individual investors – with the aim of providing a seamless level of service.
You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.
Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
