Qualifications

• 5 years of estimating experience preferred.
• 5 years of construction estimating experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English; French preferred (not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend specs and drawings to provide quality estimates.
• Attend site meetings as required.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with roof consultants and product representatives.

Brault Roofing is currently seeking a Commercial and Industrial Roofing Estimator/ Project Coordinator in New Brunswick to join our team and family. Ability to work a Fast-Paced environment. Roofing experience is preferred, will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Ability to read and comprehend Specs and Drawings to provide a quality estimate.
• Attend site meetings as required
• Must be comfortable working at heights
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with Roof Consultants and Product Representatives
• Microsoft Word and Excel required
• Proficient in math
• Attend conventions, conferences and seminars related to the roofing Industry
• Valid driver’s licence with clean abstract required

Education

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience

• Estimating: 5 years (preferred)
• Construction estimating: 5 years (preferred)

Language

• English
• French (preferred – not mandatory)
