What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with the OCM team to coordinate overall change and business readiness activities, identifying key change impacts
- Assess and classify workstream‑specific change impacts related to the ERP Program
- Develop and lead communication or engagement campaigns, including training and performance support materials
- Conduct business readiness assessments to determine deployment readiness and track adoption
- Serve as a main contact for Subject Matter Experts, providing support during stabilization and warranty periods
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in a related position, alongside a bachelor’s degree or professional designation in Business, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Communications, or Education
- Strong understanding of work management processes and systems, preferably with experience in change initiatives
- Proven ability to manage partners and complete change management activities with strong digital literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
- Experience leading meetings to gather partner and change information for effective change plans
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Operations and familiarity with Maximo or Oracle Cloud
- PROSCI, PMP, or Adult Education certifications
- Experience with large transformation projects
