Qualifications

• Proficient in various types of machinery.
• Experience as a Crew Foreman is considered an asset.
• Plan, organize, and monitor multiple Tractor Operators weekly.
• Communicate clearly with team and management.
• Understand safe working conditions and adhere to the maintenance schedule.
• Possess a heavy trailer endorsement.
• Have intermediate skills in MS Office applications.
• Work effectively as a team player.
• Hold a valid BC Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machinery is well maintained and follows preventative maintenance.
• Communicate machinery issues immediately.
• Oversee efficient operation of machinery.
• Transport machinery to necessary work sites.
• Coordinate with the Crew Foreman on tractor activities.
• Collaborate with the Vineyard Manager on machinery planning.
