What you will do
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the company\'s Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) systems.
  • Enhance reporting mechanisms, ensure accurate and timely communication of KPIs, and drive alignment with corporate standards.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate EHSS team and site leadership to promote operational excellence and elevate performance across all EHSS domains.
  • Foster a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and sustainable practices through collaboration, data-driven insights, and proactive engagement.
  • Serve as a key liaison between site leadership and the Corporate EHSS team to align goals and share best practices.

This role reports to the London Plant Manager and oversees a team of two.

What you will bring
  • Bachelor\'s degree in environmental health & safety, Occupational Health, or a related field; or a recognized Environment Health and Safety Management certificate.
  • Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) certification is a strong asset for candidates based in Canada.
  • Progressive EHSS experience in a manufacturing plant or corporate environment, with demonstrated ability to implement safety programs and drive compliance.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Apply critical thinking and data-driven analysis to identify risks, solve problems, and support decision-making.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data platforms like Power BI; Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.

Relocation: Within country

Pay Range: $99,200.00 - $132,266.67 annual

Incentive Compensation: Eligible for Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or role-specific bonus.
