  • Efficiently manage tasks using Excel, Word, Google Docs, and other essential tools
  • Seamlessly utilize platforms like Slack, Kumo Space, and Zoom to meet client needs in a fully virtual environment
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is a plus
