As an experienced manager, your team will be responsible for developing Altera’s High Level Synthesis product.You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and leading your team through a formative period.You are strongly motivated by customer success, and are able to communicate this enthusiasm to your team.You are not dependent on a strict environment that provides you with pre-digested product plans and requirements, but are happiest and most motivated in an environment where you are responsible for the overall success of your team and your products.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or above Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

• 10+ years of industry experience

• Must have prior first-level management experience

• Prefer to have prior experience either as an FPGA developer/user or as a compiler (eg, LLVM) developer

• The ideal candidate will have experience as a user of an HLS tool in an hardware (especially FPGA) development environment
