Job Description: The EMT/PCP Coordinator is an integral member and leader for front line staff, coordinating operational resources effectively and efficiently, ensuring established policies, procedures, and work standards are followed, as well as ongoing mentoring and coaching of personnel. As a member of the front line team, the EMT/PCP Coordinator is responsible for scene management and support to patients, families and staff. The EMT/PCP Coordinator reports to the Manager. They may also provide occasional support or input on provincial initiatives.
