Job summary

A leading design firm in Vancouver is seeking a junior to intermediate Electrical Engineer in Training to support the design of electrical systems for buildings. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience, proficiency in CAD and Revit, and the ability to effectively communicate within project teams. Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in the Buildings Industry is preferred.
  • EIT, AScT, or P.Eng. eligibility is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and coordination of electrical projects.
  • Perform calculations using company standard software.
  • Participate in client project requirement meetings.

Skills

Understanding of Electrical Engineering concepts
Working knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code
Advanced oral and written communication skills
Ability to check work for accuracy

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology
